Remove 80 Euro price from everywhere

Since that price is now over with, it'd be better marketing-wise if it was removed from the front page, from http://szeged2008.drupalcon.org/register, etc. Then people realize they're still getting the best deal out of the remaining options, rather than going "Oh, darn. I could've gotten it cheaper last week. Oh well, I guess I won't come then..." ;)

Yup, this is how it goes, so I implemented these suggestions. Basically removed from the home page and the conference ticket page, so that people don't feel they are left out of anything, just before they are going into signing up for enjoying days of fun ;)
