Stay in Budapest or sleep in Szeged?

Since the train from Budapest to Szeged takes 2.5 hours (and then 2.5 hours back to Budapest), and you'd be very far from all the community events in Szeged, I would not suggest hopping on the train each day from Budapest. We plan on providing prepayed shuttle bus service from Budapest to cut down on this 2.5 hours and help people travel with Drupal guys and girls from Budapest, but this will not be there on all days, and would only be single-route (ie. only from Budapest to Szeged on "arrival days" and the other way on "departure days").
