Dear Drupalcon attendees,

We are closing the room service this week, so this is the last day to book a room in our system. Keeping rooms available would require us to pay for them, even if they are not taken. This means we are going to give back the rooms to the individual locations, and publish a list of accommodation options for you to contact and organize your room yourself. We will sell only conference tickets and sponsor shirts after that. This should also help us focus on ensuring a great experience for you at Drupalcon Szeged.

We announced earlier, that room sharing for existing rooms would only be available until this week, but we managed to make it so that you could still share your rooms with other attendees until August 13th, two weeks prior to the conference. We need to send over the list of names taking the rooms to the locations after that. If you are going to have one or more roommates who are without a drupalcon.org account still, make sure they get a user account and specify their full name in their bio, so you can set them up as your roommates. Otherwise your room mate might end up being not allowed in the room, or you might have some issues at the reception desk to get them in the room.

Finally, some of you did not provide your invoicing details still. Please make sure you have your invoicing details set in your bio, and do contact us (through http://szeged2008.drupalcon.org/contact ) if you need an invoice before you arrive at the conference registration desk in Szeged. Due to Hungarian laws, we are required to provide you with an invoice for your purchases with us, which you will get at the conference registration desk, unless you ask otherwise.

Regards,
The Drupalcon organizers
