Dear Drupalcon Szeged attendees,

Drupalcon Szeged is fast approaching, with only two days left before the conference opens. We collected a quick checklist with items you should think about to ensure a happy Drupalcon experience. We were trying to cover so many things for you that through editing the checklist it turned out to be a much longer email. Dear Drupalcon attendees,

We are closing the room service this week, so this is the last day to book a room in our system. Keeping rooms available would require us to pay for them, even if they are not taken. This means we are going to give back the rooms to the individual locations, and publish a list of accommodation options for you to contact and organize your room yourself. We will sell only conference tickets and sponsor shirts after that. This should also help us focus on ensuring a great experience for you at Drupalcon Szeged.
