Markus was born in 1976 in Stuttgart, Germany, where he finished high school in 1996. He studied Business Information Technology at the University of Constance and gained working experience during several internships - one of them taking him to Silicon Valley for six months in 2000. After graduating in 2001 Markus joined namics, a leading web developer, where he worked as a project manager and consultant until the beginning of 2008. As Head Technology, Markus is responsible for Amazee's user interface, platform development and IT infrastructure. He is our web 2.0 guru and author of a very popular German geek blog.
