As Project manager webdevelopment for Byelex, I am working on professional websites with Drupal. We do a lot of research and (custom) development in Drupal, PHP (and Java) and provide high-end Drupal hosting of 50-100 Drupal instances on 1 or multiple codebases or servers.

We are currently developing an advanced Drupal management tool for monitoring Drupal websites, module updates and issue and project management. We are prime bugfinder for Ubercart as we rely on Ubercart for our e-commerce projects.

We have done a lot of customized modules and Drupal based code for clients in order to fulfill their needs and requirements. We focus on a balance between on-the-edge Drupal development, top-notch design and user-friendlyness (Everyone has a copy of Steve Krug's "Don't Make Me Think" ;-)
