Radu Ticiu is living and working in the city of Timisoara, in West Romania. As executive manager of Timisoara Software Business Incubator, he is trying to facilitate contacts of the incubated companies with vivid/state of the art concepts, trends, movements and communities in different fields of IT&C industry. Without being a Drupal initiate, he facilitated the participation of Romanian programmers to Drupal events in Szeged and also organized in Timisoara one of the pre-Drupalcon promotional events.
