Stéphane "Scor" Corlosquet started out in Electronic Engineering but his interests soon diverted to Web Development. His love of open source solutions led him inevitably to Drupal and the community therein. He got his start 2 years ago in Drupal 4.6. He is now a member of the Drupal security and documentation teams.
Earlier this year scor contributed several patches to Drupal 6 core and helped with improving the install and update scripts.
He co-maintains some contributions module: tasklist, SIOC
Locally, Stéphane has played a key part in organizing several Drupal meetings in Galway.
Semantic Web
Stéphane is currently working towards a master's degree in Semantic Web at the Digital Enterprise Research Institute (DERI), National University of Ireland, Galway. He is particularly interested in optimizing SPARQL queries and comparing the performance of well-known stores such as Sesame, Jena, YARS, ARC, and Virtuoso. In addition, he has been in charge of IT and web development of Eco Innovation since February 2006. He has also been a web developer for the French company Iciformation since 2003. In 2007, OpenSpring was launched as a base for free-lance work.
Cycling
Stéphane enjoys cycling and has also been an active member of the Galway Cycling Campaign. In the summer of 2006, Stéphane completed a challenging three month trip on the Roads of Eastern Europe, Russia and Mongolia.
