I hope almost all of you have arranged accomodation already. In case you don't: there are signs(*) that the m/ho(s)tels are pretty packed by now, so it might be good to start compiling a list of places that you don't need to spend two hours calling...
(*) I don't have time to check all info, so I might be wrong. (I was mad enough to decide to attend Drupalcon two days before I went away on holiday, without the possibility of good communication...)
First results:
- Tisza Sport told me over the phone today, that they don't have any rooms anymore from 26-31. (I didn't ask for further details, like specific nights. because the line was bad.)
- Novotel has NO rooms available on 27-28 and 28-29. Other days still OK. (I'm assuming the online reservation would have offered me double rooms if they were available.)
*shrugs* I'll stay at Novotel on the 26th and take my sleeping bag and mattress along from my camping trip / get on my knees for someone on the 27th ;)
Some options
Tisza Sport also told me they had no rooms. So did Novatel, Tisza, Romance, Korona and Alfa. Forrás was available and I booked a room there.
Then this morning I got a reservation confirmation from Tisza Sport by email. So apparently they have at least one room.
