Questions about the Shuttle Bus

1. Where and when in Budapest the Shuttle Bus departs? (airport, city center?)
2. If I arrive to Budapest Airport the 26th at 9pm, must I stay one night in Budapest or can I get inmediatly the bus to Szeged?
3. If I pay for the bus, how can I be sure the departing times (and place) will be good for me?
4. If the final bus schedule is not good for me (ie: to take the plane back home) is it possible any kind of refund? (since we pay before the schedule is published).

Good questions!

1. The bus will depart from the airport.
2. Since the conference starts on the 27th, shuttle buses will run on the 26th. We plan to have shuttle buses (given enough interest) especially at times when the trains will not run (eg. at night as you request).
3. We will publish our timetable before shuttle bus tickets can be cancelled (July 24th). The plan is that we will publish those at least one week in advance (ie. by July 17th).
4. It is possible to request a refund before the booking deadline (July 24th).

Late shuttle bookings

I haven't booked a shuttle yet as I didn't have time to decide - will it be possible to book one later, or maybe pay cash on the bus?

Check out http://szeged2008.drupalcon.org/faq#registration specifically "Can I just buy my ticket and decide on accommodation or shuttle buses later? Can I change my booking dates later?" Or in other words, we also look forward to you adding a sponsor shirt to your booking then ;) (You have already expressed that you decided that you are not interested in the shuttle).

Shuttle bus trip time?

How long will the shuttle bus take from Szeged to the airport? My plane leaves on Sunday at 15:00, so I guess I have to be at the airport at 13:00. What time should I enter on my bio page?
